Refund and Returns Policy
Faulty Products Bought New:
- Items under 30 days from purchase can be returned for a full refund should a fault develop.
- Faulty items after 30 days will be replaced or repaired as per the manufacturer’s warranty period.
- Items outside of the manufacturer’s warranty may be able to be fixed but this would be chargeable.
- Single use items such as strings/reeds/wipes etc, mouthpieces or cleaning products are not covered by this policy.
New Products bought/Collected in Store:
- We do not offer a refund or return policy for any Instruments and equipment bought in store unless faulty.
- All products can be inspected and tested in store.
- This does not extend to single use items such as strings/reeds/wipes and cleaning products, which are not eligible for refund or return if used.
- This policy also does not extend to jewellery.
New Products bought online for delivery:
- Items bought online for delivery can be returned up to 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund.
- After 14 days products are not eligible.
- Items should be returned in perfect working condition with full packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
- Single use items such as strings/reeds/wipes or cleaning products are not eligible to return if packaging has been opened.
2nd hand items
- Mannin Music Shop lists 2nd hand items on behalf of private sellers and accepts no liability in relation to these sales. These are sold as seen and as such are not eligible for refund.
- Any needed repairs after purchase will be chargeable.
